Parent Coach Radio v1.0 has officially been released, a new approach to parenting and advocacy.
Parent Coach Radio helps parents from all circumstances make all the difference. When we talk about circumstances involving parents of today, it can be a pretty long list, so we have created a modern resource for today’s parents that fits with their busy schedules and their children’s needs. Parent Coach Radio covers topics from children of divorce, parental alienation, child custody, handling developmental disabilities, positive parenting, single parenting, co-parenting issues, and a variety of other complex issues regarding the parent-child relationship.
One of the key issues that are recognized is that many professionals that are out there helping, aren’t able to connect with parents in need. This site brings together educators, professionals, and parents in a forum that is interactive and live. Every Thursday night new guests, authors, and parents come together to discuss and learn at no cost to them of key issues. The initial launch of the program relies on the popular “Talk Shoe” platform and uses technology from other companies to bring about a free community with the potential to link tens of thousands of people together.
The other purpose of the site is to publish content about parenting by guest authors, generate awareness of key issues that affect the parent-child relationship, and more. If you would like to volunteer or contribute to the growing project send an email to info@parentcoachradio.com. There are opportunities to help with local seminars, workshops, and events for 2010.
