Thomas Jefferson was right: "The Judiciary of the United States is the subtle corps of sappers and miners constantly working under ground to undermine the foundations of our confederated fabric." (1820) Courts "systems" like Kent County are the sappers and miners of our rights.
It is clear that people are not standing for the type of abuse caused by officials like the Kent County Friend of the Court, Their Referees, and Judges. Television coverage, media outlets, and aggressive activism will cause this system to revert back to a truly equitable and just system instead of the greed stricken system that has plagued my life and others for over two years now. Sitting in philosophy class this morning thinking about Thomas Paine, Thomas Jefferson, John Locke, Feurehbech, Marx, and John Rawls as we reviewed various issues I know that I am not confused about the greed involved and intimidation policy driving the court's profit higher and higher. Socialist and Marxist ideals are being pushed on the people, where the government and professionals are reaping the benefit at the expense of families. Parents and advocates are taking stands throughout this State and identifying the welfare mentality that has been used to deprive children from willing parents. Where the Judiciary is guilty of taking willing parents and then manufacturing broken homes and court-created absentee parents to fill their greedy coffers and expand their governmental powers over family, children, and civil processes like never before. The people are speaking out.

As of 2/14/06, the SEC and Judicial Tenure Commission are being convened to investigate misconduct from Michigan’s Circuit courts and Friend of the court. These have stemmed from allegations of judicial corruption, mail fraud, and many tax violations due to incorrect handling of cases. |

I have recently wrote the Kent County FOC about my frustration with my child support payments. I have CONSISTENTLY made payments bi-weekly for over a year and CONSISTENTLY, the same amount comes directly out of my check every two weeks. Why then, does the mother of my children receive sporadic payments, partial payments, or sometimes no payments for weeks? It is a fricken nightmare [...] |

As soon as I asked the court to entertain the subject of parental alienation syndrome, I was the bad guy. The FOC in Newaygo County does not enforce their court orders or their own rules. It took better than 3 months and letters to state reps to get a response back from Barb Geno, the head of N.C. FOC. This is supposed t be 30 days. The claim is it was mis-placed.
