Kent County Judicial Circuit and Department Employees didn't have enough work to do yesterday and instead sat around visiting personal websites for a large portion of their schedule. I have had to grieve the Kent County Friend of the Court in the past for this type of waste to your tax dollars. Some Kent County Circuit Court employees visited links including but not limited to an interview that I gave last month regarding Title IV-D welfare services and also visited a naked depiction of Jessica Rabbit. On the plus side they also viewed a study that I co-authored and other writings that I have done regarding the inclusion of the middle-class into Kent County's Title IV-D welfare services department. You can see for yourself below based on daily calculations the size of the spike. It equates to about 28% increase over the already more than a thousand five-hundred daily average of enlightened visitors.
