Ottawa StreetLansing, MI 48913 On May 31, 2006 I submitted a Request for Investigation of Macomb County Circuit Court which includes the 16th Circuit, Referees, and FOC operations requirement on “in pro per” litigants to file their objections to a proposed recommended order within 4 days versus the 7 days allowed under MCR 3.215(E)(3)(d).
