The Friend of the Court Bureau and State Court Administrator's Office followed up regarding my prior Request for Investigation of Courts filed pursuant to MCR 8.113 towards Macomb County Circuit Court.
Alice N. (Friend of the Court Bureau) now claims that "the policy is now in conformance with MCR 3.[215]" per my initial request for investigation. The Request resulted from several individuals indicating that Macomb County Referees only had 4 days or less to lodge their objections against their recommended orders. As you can see from the below previous communications it took several letters to finally get resolution for pro per litigants attempting to represent their matters to get a fair shake at filing objections.
