The Institute for Policy Innovation recently published Dr. Stephen Baskerville's piece entitled Welfare and the "Road to Serfdom" which some of my work was also quoted and referenced in. This is a fantastic first step to raising the awareness of the harm that has been caused by the State's acting as a collection agency for middle and upper-class families and of the overall harm caused to taxpayers through the abuses created in the Title IV-D Program of the Social Security Act that is often times coined "Child Support Enforcement" instead of "Child Support Government Collection Agency for Middle and Upper Class Families"

Be sure to spread the work because we have alot of government officials with their memo alerts talking about advocating to expand the program. So if the program gets any bigger it will cause a proportionate amount more harm to the taxpayer. Let's nip this in the bud.
