I have had enough of your ranting. Get those children back right now, I mean today or you will be facing an OTSC on Friday on both your miserable failure to pay support and your antics with regard to custody. see my letter from yesterday where the children don't want to go back and sit at the babysitters all day and vegetate again, they continually want to stay with their dad every time.

I also need right now a phone number where you can be reached. I understand it has been months since you had an operable number and since my client has been able to talk to the children while they are with you. the header of every one of my letters has a current telephone number on them. his client has never executed telephone contact time on a regular basis and they are trying to cover up for her 100+ violations that have occurred this year where she refuses to let the kids talk on the phone, and if they are allowed, they are baraged with inundations from their mom to hurry up.

Finally I intend to ask the court this Friday to order a psychiatric examination for you. Only a psychiatric disorder explains your behavior and your communications. You are out of touch with reality but if those children are not back tonight you will get a good dose of it this Friday. his client has been diagnosed with depression... again trying to incite negative letters from me with his ridiculous statements. keep in mind that this guy is licensed to practice in the state of michigan supposedly and this how he talks. he does stuff like this in the court room violating all sorts of ethics rules in front of the judge.
