The language is simple: “The liberty of parents to direct the upbringing and education of their children is a fundamental right.“
The Congressman demonstrated clear examples of where parents make a better caregiver than the government. Congressman Hoekstra further said that one of the causes of the erosion of our parental rights is government growth, “Men of zeal who lack understanding,” people that basically mean well but who lack understanding. It is imperative that we protect our parental rights from both domestic and international government intrusions, but that means discussing our concerns consistently with our government officials.
Phyllis Schlafly discussed the erosion of parental rights, the rogue judiciary that are taking away parental rights, and the role of the multi-issue lobbying organization model. Phyllis also discussed the issue of bad welfare policy destroying fatherhood. I offered the statement again as I do with every single organization which is “Parental Rights should be respected and protected by all,” which
strikes the proper cord. This is an issue about children needing their decisions to be made by those that know them best, their parents.

The Great Parental Alienation Debate on Get Your Justice Live occurred November 5, 2008. Some of you know that I recently wrote an article on Stand Up Today. The name of the article was "Is It Really Our Exs Fault?" The purpose of the blog article was to demonstrate that blaming our ex-spouses as "evil geniuses masterminding and manipulating" or a "by-product of system dysfunction."
I have claimed repeatedly that the super majority of Parental Alienation is caused by system dysfunction. Some people disagree, but so far all who have joined us on Get Your Justice Live on seem to have come to a similar conclusion. Those that disagree slowly are coming around and understanding that their ex-spouses are merely participating in a system that allows parental alienation to exist and encourages two parents to continue fighting against each other for money, children, and property as the final prize. Invites were sent out to numerous leaders and we were joined with a very lively chat board discussing the topic of Parental Alienation.
In addition, we had a surprise guest from Wisconsin. Pamela Wright of the Alliance for Single Parents joined us to discuss Parental Alienation and is quoted as saying... "I think if the system wasn't setup the way that it is that parental alienation would not even by an issue." She comes in around 40 minutes into the show with a thorough discussion on the topic and several other commentators joined us until the end of the show. Her experience and understanding of parental alienation is an invaluable addition to the show.
We also covered differentiating parental alienation from child abuse/neglect as covered by Richard Gardner in 1999. Many people have tried to mesh Parental Alienation as Child Abuse, while Gardner clearly demonstrates that they are separate. We also explored yahoo group behavior and and conformity versus non-conformity in getting to the truth and facts. Sometimes people are following and being encouraged to fight the wrong enemy. They've been deceived into believing that just because a person said or did something to hurt them, that person is the one they need to fight.
But they're wrong.
You see, the Bible says we don't wrestle with flesh and blood. And since people are definitely flesh and blood, they're never the source of our problem.
It doesn't matter. If you waste your time fighting So-and-so, your real enemy will get away scot-free.
Who is that real enemy? Look at Ephesians 6:12, "For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places."

Barbara C. Johnson appeared on Get Your Justice Live, Sunday May 25, 2008, to discuss an ongoing series of cases associated with the Massachusetts Board Bar Overseers. Barbara Johnson is author of www.falseallegations.com as well as a candidate in the 2002 Gubernatorial Campaign in Massachusetts. Many people remember that her candidacy was the only one associated with court reform, removing judicial immunity, as well as having a big red firetruck in the race. True Equality Network was formed to educate the general public and our nation's law makers of the failures of numerous federal programs and of the abuses of federal funding systems effecting the sovereignty of the American family.
Our public report covering our abuse shelter investigations is getting broad distribution. We have already done the first of nine scheduled shows. Last Friday, March 21st, we were on the “The Chuck Baker Show,” KWYD 1580 AM in Colorado Springs CO along with Dr. Charles E. Corry of the Equal Justice Foundation.
Since the adaptation of welfare reform and the passage the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), the social policies and civil liberties of the United States have collapsed with regard to family law, causing our legislatures and courts to become the shills of radical ideologues.
This report is a blunt exposé of how women are being physically and emotionally abused and forced into sexual servitude by shelter workers in order to be permitted to stay in the shelter. This report contains links to candid video testimony by victims of abuse who experienced even greater abuse at the hands of the shelter staff.
The report contains content and links that are not suitable for children and younger teen readers.
A great deal more findings exist than this public version of the report discloses. Those omitted details have been reported to the United States Congress and applicable law enforcement agencies. We have been advised by those agencies and our legal counsel not to disclose the names of the shelters we infiltrated and investigated, which states they are in, or the names of specific individual perpetrators.
Note that VAWA was enacted supported by studies, abet based on false and fabricated statistics, using samples sets of 5 to 15 thousand. There were over 1.5 million TRO’s issued by the states annually prior to VAWA. That is sample sets ranging from .33% to 1.00% of the cases.
There are approximately 18,000 shelters in the US, we investigated 417 of them to date, and that is 2.31% of them. By years end we will have completed the investigation, which will have then infiltrated and investigated 1,200 shelters or 6.67% of them. Even at one third of the way completed, our investigation is already using a sample set twice of what the largest study VAWA used to justify spending billions of tax-dollars to abuse and rape women.
Our women either paid the per diem charges to stay at the shelter as residents or donated the equivalent amount under fake names to the shelter where they stayed. The True Equality women who were employed at the shelters donated their entire paycheck (under fake names) adding the funds needed to equal their gross pay from the shelter. Thus, we did not use once cent of tax dollars to conduct this investigation.
Although we thank the major corporations and individuals for their generous donations to the shelters, we must warn them that unknown to them they are helping to fund the abuse and rape of women. We advise them to look closely at what their generosity is being used for, noting our investigation reveals that many of the shelters are doing anything but protecting women from abuse, providing training and helping them escape from eternal victimhood. In fact, many of the women we interviewed during this investigation returned to their abusive relationships because they felt safer there. As example one women conveyed to us that, "At least while I was at home the neighbors could hear me screaming. Here, even the social workers are abusing me."
