on january ,3rd my brother Gustavo Rodriguez made a report of domestic violence against ,nancy mejia after several incidents where she would punch him in the face and abusing him verbably. She was taken to jail for 2 days , an when she got out, she found an organization that is supposed to help women , and lied to them about the case, she told them that my brother had raped her 6 times and tried to kill her ones. eventually she pressed charges encouraged by this organization funded by VAWA . on feb 11 , just when my brother was comin out of a civil court for fighting his childs costudy , he was arrested and taken to Santa Rita county jail in California. its almost may and my brother has not seen his babys forst steps or first words. why? because Nancy already applied for a visa "U" and its getting citizentship thru her lies!!!!!
it is unfair that women can simply lie to a police officer and send a inocent parent to jail!!!!
these organizations shouldn't give much help to persons like nancy that dont have any part of evidence to support their lies!!!!!!1
